- Previous experience in youth work or educaton
- Strong knowledge of the specific activities that can be taught
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate children and young adults
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
- Organisational skills to plan and manage sessions and events
