The Marches Academy Trust creates a charitable initiative - 4 All Foundation
The Marches Academy Trust is excited to introduce its newly established independent, registered charity, 4 All Foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to delivering local, accessible activities, projects and initiatives to support the needs and aspirations of communities across Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin. As a multi-academy sponsor in Shropshire, the Marches Academy Trust is committed to empowering individuals within its network and neighbouring communities, fostering values of Achievement Through Caring to help everyone realise their full potential.
Operated through an independent Trustee Board, the 4 All Foundation seeks to support communities associated with the schools within the Trust. The Foundation strives to achieve its charitable objectives by offering diverse programs, including holiday clubs, educational workshops, environmental groups, and refugee support clinics. By focusing on children, young people, adults, and older residents in Shropshire and nearby counties, the Foundation aims to facilitate their journey toward reaching their personal best.
Sarah Finch, CEO of The Marches Academy Trust and Trustee of the 4 All Foundation, expressed enthusiasm about the Foundation's potential, stating, "The 4 All Foundation presents a fantastic opportunity to expand community activities, supporting individuals in local areas like Market Drayton and Shrewsbury, empowering them to strengthen their communities from within."
Dean Harris, Chair of Trustees at the 4 All Foundation, reflected on the Foundation's exceptional achievements within a short timeframe. “We are immensely proud of the extraordinary engagement and impact of all the varied activities so far. We have completed our strategic plan for the coming year and whilst we have exciting and wide reaching aspirations, we are always keen to hear new ideas and suggestions from the communities we work with so please do get in touch. Thanks must go to our extraordinary supporters, donors and partners and not least our wonderful team of dedicated volunteers – we really could not do it without them all. We are delighted to be associated with the Marches Academy Trust and their joint commitment to enhancing communities throughout Shropshire”.
