Church Stretton Running Festival 50K Ultra Marathon

Do you have what it takes to take on 50K and 2500ft of climbs. Starting in the Quarry Shrewsbury, the first few miles takes you on an easy run along the beautiful riverside paths. From this point onward the hard work starts to kick in; first with a warm up climb over Lyth Hill, before taking on the punishing hills up to Rattlinghope, and culminating with traversing the Long Mynd. All your efforts will be rewarded with stunning scenary every step of the way.

Whats Included:

• There are 5 Nutrition Stations along the route that will offer water, bananas and energy gels, bars and drinks. Each station acts as a check point along the way.
• All finishers will recieve a special bespoke medal made from locally sourced wood and a Technical Running T shirt (additional charge).
• On completion of the race you can celebrate your efforts at the Church Stretton Beer Festival which is situated at the Finish Line. Craft ales, music and delicious food will all be available.
